Farhod Janovich

Farhod creates art with acrylic paints in various styles: modernism, post-impressionism, naturalism, and abstractionism. His artworks include abstracts, celestial abstracts, seascapes, cityscapes, and a few surrealistic pieces.

Since his early years, he was convinced and captivated by the idea of infusing art in architectural, manufactural, and utilitarian designs and products. This does and will further enrich and enhance our lives and improve our coexistence with nature and with each other. Admiring grandiose and humble, strong and vulnerable natural objects and systems, he appreciates that humans strive to adapt to and replicate natural forms, structures, and functions.

He developed his passion for working with ceramic art first. In the process of glazing pieces, he reconnected with the interest of mixing and combining colors and artistic compositions. This development turned his interest to acrylic painting.  He gives outlet to both structural and fluidic expressions in my visual presentation. The structural expression comes through my geometric series of Rose-Colored Glasses, White Noise, and Coveted Moments. The fluidic expression - via Celestial Abstracts. My other natural, modernistic, and abstract paintings combine both ways.

I believe that Artistic self-search is endless, and re-discovery is the prize for daring.
